 Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) exam concerns -



The Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS), whose offline exam is to be held on 10th June the Nagpur  branch of Bombay High Court on Saturday had refused to enter one and the offline examination system. In this context justice AG Gharote said The students who are appearing should I give a covid test and if found positive should isolate themselves.

MUHS Who is directed by the court to issue an advisory who is to be provided to all the College Principals affiliated to their  University and the same had to be published and their websites this to be ensure that the students should provide a negative RT-PCR test  report before giving the exam on 10th of June 2021

The court also said that if in any condition student couldn't able to provide the test report then he should be  permitted to provide the test report in the next exam before 15th of June ,Stated in Bar and Bench report

A bench of Justice Avinash Gharote was considering a PIL, seeking online examinations, or vaccination for nearly 40,000 undergraduates before they give the examination spread across 20 days and 173 centres, to June 14.
